合肥八中国际部创办于，是安徽省第一家国际教育项目。八中国际部拥有完备、先进的教育教学设施，配备了一支业务精干、熟悉东西方文化的教师队伍，实施中外融合的双文凭课程。现在为顺应国际留学的新形势，合肥八中国际部计划对课程设置进行进一步升级。为满足相应的师资需求，现面向社会进行教师招聘。

岗位要求
1. 不限国籍，中方、外籍老师皆可。
2. 有志于投身国际教育，认同合肥八中办学理念，服从学校的各项管理规定。
3. 申请AP老师岗位的，对于所教科目应至少有3年以上教学经验，能够准确把握AP课程的设置和教学特点，并有效辅导学生备考AP考试。
4. 申请英语老师岗位的，对于所教科目应至少有3年教学经验。有托福、雅思、SAT高分的优先。
5. 能按照国际部教学体系的要求，认真参加教学教研。配合教研部门对授课所需教材教案、课程讲义进行研发、更新和校本化。
6. 责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。能定期反馈学生上课信息，根据学生需求灵活调整授课方案。
7. 拥有相应的、国家认可的教师资格证，身体健康，爱岗敬业，热爱学生。
8. 中方老师应具备双语教学能力，有海外教育背景者优先。

The International Department of Hefei No. 8 Middle School was founded in and is the first international education project in Anhui Province. The International Department of the No.8 Middle School has complete and advanced education and teaching facilities, equipped with a team of capable teachers who are familiar with Eastern and Western cultures, and implements a dual diploma program that integrates the curriculum from both China and foreign countries. In order to adapt to the new situation of international education, the International Department of Hefei No. 8 Middle School plans to further upgrade the curriculum. We are now recruiting openly to meet the corresponding demand for teachers.

Job Requirements:
1. No restriction on nationality, both Chinese and foreign teachers are acceptable.
2. Aspiration to participate in international education, agreement with the philosophy of Hefei No. 8 Middle School, and obedience of the schools various management regulations.
3. Those who apply for the position of AP teacher should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the subjects taught, be able to accurately grasp the setting and teaching characteristics of AP courses, and effectively guide students to prepare for AP exams.
4. Applicants for the position of English teacher should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the subjects taught. High scores in TOEFL, IELTS and SAT are preferred.
5. Ability to earnestly participate in teaching and research in accordance with the requirements of the teaching system of the International Department. Cooperation with the teaching and research department to develop and update school-based teaching materials, teaching plans and course handouts required for teaching.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills, constancy in providing regular feedback on students performance in class and flexibility in adjusting the teaching plan according to the needs of students.
7. Possession of a nationally recognized teaching qualification certificate in related subjects, and dedication to work and love for students
8. The Chinese teacher should have bilingual teaching ability, and overseas education background is preferred.
