样品的前处理样品的前处理pretreatment of sample样aaa的前处理(pretreatmen‘of sample)在分析前，为使样品适合于各类分析的需要所进行的必要处理.前处理的目的是:①使样品变为适于测试的状态。②将样品中的被测成分与干扰成分分离，以提高分析的准确性和重现性。③把样品中的被侧成分加以富集，使徽量乃至痕量成分得以检出。前处理包括样品的分解、提取分离与富集等几方面。每一方面又有众多方法可供选择。分析工作者通常根据分析项目与要求，采用其中一种或几种方法进行对样品的前处理。样品分解在分析农作物、土坡和肥料等洋品中的常量元素和微量元素时，常需首先分解样品.破坏样品中的有机物，将样品制备成可测溶液。分解样品的方法主要有熔融法、湿灰化法和干灰化法等。熔融法在高温下，利用熔剂的强酸、碱性及载化、还原作用使样品分解的方法。常用的熔剂有碳酸钠、破酸钾、氢载化钠、偏翻酸铿、过氧化钠、硫氢酸钾、焦硫酸钾、氛化按等。常用的容器有瓷增竭、石英柑祸、铂增坍、铁增涡、镍增涡等。根据分析样品及分析元素的不同应选用适当的熔剂、容器和熔融温度。熔融法分解样品较彻底，但对容器要求十分严格.适合于分析土城等样品中的碑、钾、硅、翻、铁、铝、钦、锰、钙、镁、钥等元素.特别适于分析那些与硅酸盐结合在一起或用酸溶法难以完全溶出的元家，如硅、翻、铝、钦、氟等。湿灰化法又称湿消解法、湿消化法或酸溶法。是利用强酸与样品在加热条件下相互作用使样品分解的方法.有机物在分解过程中被氧化成二氧化碳等而遭破坏.常用的强酸为硝酸、硫酸、高抓酸、盐酸、磷酸、氢氛酸等中的一种或几种.为加快分解速度还常加入氧化剂或催化剂.如过氧化氢、高锰酸钾、五氧化二钒、硫酸钢、硒等。湿灰化法因操作与所需设备较简单，广泛应用于生物、土壤、肥料等各类样品的分解。适合于分析氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜、钥等元素.增压溶样法〔又称闭管法)是湿灰化法的进一步发展。它将酸与样品t于适当的容器(如聚四氛乙烯管)中，再将容器装在金属保护套中，在密闭情况下进行分解。由于内部高温、高压，又没有挥发损失，因而具有较好的分解效果.干灰化法利用有机物在高温卜被灰化而使样品分解的方法.多用于有机物含量较高的生物样品的分解。干灰化法主要有以下几种:①增祸灰化法。将样品t于适当的增祸中，一般不需加入试剂，有时为促进分解或抑制某些元素的挥发损失，也可加入适量辅助灰化剂.如软化钙、硫酸盐、碳酸盐等。将柑祸置于高温电护中灰化，典型的灰化温度为500C左右.灰分经稀酸溶解后即可用来分析各待侧元素。②氧瓶燃烧法。
