耐蚀材料耐蚀材料corrosion resistant material耐蚀材料(corrosion resistant material)指对于腐蚀性环境具有较强抵抗能力的金属和非金属材料。它延长了装置的使用寿命，是重要的间接节能材料。金属耐蚀材料其代表首推耐蚀合金，所谓耐蚀合金是指在各类腐蚀环境中表现出较好耐受能力的合金。各种金属材料在不同环境中的耐蚀行为各有不同，但金属的热力学稳定性、金属的钝态化、金属表面膜的保护性能，以及金属中能形成有效阴极的杂质(或第二相)等因素对金属耐蚀性起着决定性的影响。因此，研制耐蚀合金时必须考虑到这4方面的因素。这些目的可以通过合金化和热处理等方法来达到。耐蚀合金的品种已形成各种系列，最典型的耐蚀合金有铁基耐蚀合金、镍基耐蚀合金、铜基耐蚀合金，以及贵金属及其合金(如金、银及其合金)等。非晶态耐恤金属材料’非晶态合金没有晶界、质地均匀，所以含铬的非晶态耐蚀合金具有极高的耐蚀性能，是结晶态不锈钢所远远不能比拟的，被认为是极有发展前途的现代耐蚀材料。这种合金适合作化学反应容器的包覆层，似及暴露在腐蚀环境中的管道、阀门、配件等，也适于制作化学和机械过滤器、海洋电缆等。在医学领域中可用于制作手术夹具、也可作为植人人体内的补强材料等。现已能利用树脂粘结法和爆炸冲击法等，将碳钢之类厚壁材料(作为基层)与高耐蚀性的非晶合金薄膜复合在一起，从而大大扩大了其应用范围。非金属耐独材料其中最有代表性的有4种:①氧化铝精细陶瓷。它的耐酸性极佳，已用作耐酸泵等的零部件。②耐酸搪瓷。对酸具有较高的稳定性，底坯材料可以是钢板或铸铁。瓷釉一般采用高硅低铝低硼的成分，也有添加一定量氧化错的。瓷釉的耐无机酸腐蚀性较好(氢氟酸除外)，耐酸搪瓷制品广泛用于化工、食品加工、医药等工业部门。③耐碱混凝土。是共种能耐强碱性介质腐蚀的混凝土，主要用于一冶金和化工中受碱液腐蚀的地面、池槽等，以及有较高浓度碱蒸气的室内。④耐化学腐蚀性不饱和聚醋树脂。包括双酚A型、甲基丙烯酸(或丙烯酸)缩水甘油酷型、间苯二甲酸型等形式的树脂。双酚A与间苯二甲酸混合改性型聚醋铸塑板，热变形温度为ns℃，断裂伸长率1巧%，在100e高浓度苛性钠水溶液中浸泡100小时后，物理性能几乎不变，有良好的耐化学腐蚀性。适于制造耐蚀化工设备部件，如贮槽、管道、洗涤塔等。甲基丙烯酸(或丙烯酸)缩水甘油醋型聚醋，用其浸渍硅烷处理过的玻璃布可以制得玻璃钢层压制品，具有很好的耐强酸性，适用于制造耐酸设备等。(耿文范)
