变形高温合金变形高温合金wrought superalloyb lonx一ng gaowen heJ一n变形高温合金(wrought superalloy)能够通过热加工变形成型的高温合金材料。一般分为铁基变形高温合金、镍基变形高温合金和钻基变形高温合金3类。铁基变形高温合金广泛用作燃烧室、涡轮盘、机匣和轴等零件,多数是从Fe一Cr一Ni系添加合金化元素发展起来的。中国发展此类合金的牌号较多,板材合金有GHi一40、GHlo15、GHioi6、GHZo18等;棒材合金有GHZ13o和GH23oZ;盘材合金有GHZ135、GH761等。一般适用于工作温度较低的发动机。镍基变形高温合金发展较快,应用最广泛,一般以Ni一cr固溶体为基体添加多种合金元素发展起来的。此类合金,牌号甚多。中国自己研制成功的有GH151棒材合金;GHz7、GH3128、GH一70板材合金;GH4133盘材合金等。钻基变形高温合金在中国发展较少,一般不研制新合金,这是因为钻资源缺乏。这类合金的焊接性能及抗热疲劳、抗氧化、抗冲刷和耐蚀等性能都较好,主要用于导向叶片。
