阿奇霉素分散片药物名称：阿奇欣英文名：Azithromycin Dispersibie Tablets别名：阿奇霉素分散片外文名： Azithromycin Dispersibie Tablets 成分：主要成份为阿奇霉素，其化学名为9-脱氧-9a-氮杂-9a-甲基-9a-红霉素A。性状：为白色或类白色片。特点：儿童服用方便，一日只服一次,治疗上、下呼吸道感染,小剂量，适合儿童用药,半衰期长，生物利用度高.药理作用：通过阻碍细菌转肽过程，从而抑制细菌蛋白质的合成。体外试验证明阿奇霉素对临床上多种常见致病菌有效。适应症：本品适用于敏感细菌所引起的下列感染：中耳炎；鼻窦炎、咽炎、扁桃体炎等上呼吸道感染；支气管炎、肺炎等下呼吸道感染。皮肤和软组织感染。沙眼衣原体所致单纯性生殖器感染。用量用法：口服或加入温开水使分散后服用。治疗感染性疾病，其疗程及使用方法如下：成人：沙眼衣原体或敏感淋球菌所致性传播疾病，仅需单次口服本品1.0g。对其他感染的治疗：总剂量为1.5g，分三日服药，每日一次服用0.5g。或总剂量相同，仍为1.5g，首日服用0.5g，然后第二日至第五日每日一次，口服0.25g。儿童：按体重kg计算剂量及服用方法如下：体重服用方法 15-25kg 每日单次口服0.2g，连续服用三天。26-35kg 每日单次口服0.3g，连续服用三天。36-45kg 每日单次口服0.4g，连续服用三天。46kg以上按成人剂量及服用方法给药。如发生超量使用（尚未有报道），可进行洗胃或用一般支持疗法。禁忌：对阿奇霉素或其它大环内酯类抗生素有过敏史的病人禁忌使用本品。不良反应：病人对本品的耐受性良好，不良反应发生率较低。不良反应中消化道反应占大多数，主要症状包括腹泻（稀便），上腹部不适（痛或痉挛）、恶心、呕吐、偶见腹胀，一般为轻至中度。偶见肝转氨酶可逆性升高，发生率与其他大环内酯类相似。曾见一过性轻度中性粒细胞减少症，但是否与阿奇霉素有关尚未证实。注意事项：轻度肾功能不全者（肌酐清除率40ml/min）不需作剂量调整。严重肾功能不全者，孕妇及哺乳期妇女应权衡利弊及决定是否使用。不能与抗酸剂、麦角衍生物等同时使用。药物相互作用：地高辛：曾有报道，某些大环内酯类抗生素在一些患者中降低地高辛的肠内代谢，因此在同用阿奇霉素和地高辛的患者中，应注意地高辛血药浓度有升高的可能性。规格： 0.1g(按C38H72N2O12计）×6 类别：抗生素\大环内酯类
