我运行着Windows 16299，为了测试WSL，我安装了Ubuntu(Windows Subsystem for Linux)，但在运行时提示“拒绝访问”，之后UWP应用与Microsoft Store无法打开。并且在升级到Slow Ring 17115后依旧无法解决，Microsoft提供的解决方案均无效(包括在Powershell中执行代码，运行wsreset等)。
后来我发现了一些问题，可能导致Ubuntu无法运行，但是不知道为什么会波及UWP：
1. 我没有打开“控制面板”中“启动或关闭Windows功能”中”适用于Linux的Windows子系统“选项。
2. 我没有将”设置“-”开发者选项“设置为”开发人员模式“。
我在我的另一台Windows 10 16299设备上打开了这两个选项然后安装Ubuntu，就成功了。
请问，现在我的UWP应用与Microsoft Store都是闪退情况(除了”天气“应用，原因不详)，可以怎么处理，只能重装系统吗，谢谢！
I am running Windows 16299. In order to test WSL, I installed Ubuntu (Windows Subsystem for Linux), but when I ran it, it prompted "Access Denied", after which the UWP applications and the Microsoft Store could not opened. It still couldn't solve after upgrading
to Slow Ring 17115, the solution that Microsoft offers is invalid (including carrying out code in Powershell, running wsreset, etc.).
Later, I found some problems that may cause Ubuntu to fail, but I don't know why it affects UWP:
1. I did not open the "Windows Subsystem for Linux" option in "Start or Shutdown Windows Features" in the "Control Panel".
2. I did not set "Settings" - "Developer Options" to "Developer Mode".
Later, I opened both of these options on my another Windows 10 16299 device and installed Ubuntu and it worked.
Now my UWP application and Microsoft Store would exit the minute I open them (except for the "weather" application, but the reason is unknown). So how can I handle it, can I only reinstall the system? Thank you!
