苍南审计局是浙江省的一个重要的审计机构，它的审计职能贯穿于省管审计体系的上、中、下层。
苍南审计局成立于1983年5月，系于隶属于浙江省人民政府的审计机关，它的管辖范围是全省25个县（市、区）及苍南县，其中包含19个县级审计局（市、区），主要负责6个地市的审计工作。
