小猫咪Jane看到好朋友在湖边玩，

因为害怕弄湿自己而独自回家，

可是她为什么又不开心呢？

One day, Catty Jane walked down tothe lake.

一天，小猫珍妮走向湖泊。

She saw her friends playing with theirtoy boat.

她看到她的朋友在玩他们的玩具船。

“Come join us, Catty Jane,”called Piggy.

佩吉说：“小猫珍妮，来加入我们。”

“No, thanks,” she said. “I don’t likegetting wet.”

“不，谢谢，”她说。“我不喜欢弄湿。”

She headed home, feeling sad that she wasall alone.

她回家了，感觉到伤心，因为她觉得她很孤独。

That night, Catty Jane had a dream.

那天晚上，小猫珍妮做了一个梦。

She dreamed that she was in a realsailboat with all her friends.

她梦到她和她所有的朋友在一艘真正的船里。

The next morning, Catty Jane knew whatto do.

第二天早上，小猫珍妮知道要做什么了。

She gathered up what she needed andset to work.

她收集她需要的，然后开始工作。

When Catty Jane was done,

she wentbackto the lake.

当小猫珍妮完成后，她走回湖边。

“Instead of playing with your boat,

howaboutgoingsailinginmine?”

“不要玩你们的船了，坐我的船去航行，

好不好？”

“But you don’t like the water,”said Goose.

鹅说：“但是你不喜欢水。”

“Howcanwegosailing?”

“我们怎么航行呢？”

“If you love spending time withyour friends,

you can always finda way,” said Catty Jane.

小猫珍妮说：“如果你喜欢和你的朋友们玩，

你总是能找到方法的。”

And her friends agreed.

然后她的朋友们都同意了。
