酸性红B分子式:C20H12N2Na2C7S2分子量:502.440CAS号:3567-69-9性质:暗红色粉末。遇浓硫酸呈紫色,将其稀释后得品红色沉淀。溶于水为蓝光红色溶液,在一定程度上溶于酒精呈红色,难溶于丙酮。遇浓硝酸呈深红色转红光黄色。该品水溶液加浓盐酸呈红色,加氢氧化钠液呈红光橙棕色。染色时遇铜离子色泽略暗。拔染性好。制备方法:1,4-氨基萘磺酸钠重氮化,与NW酸(1-萘酚-4-磺酸)偶合,盐析而得。1.重氮化 将200kg1,4氨基萘磺酸钠溶解在1000L水中。加15%盐酸492kg。析出乳白色结晶。冷至10℃从液面下加入30%亚硝酸钠溶液(折100%57.6kg),加料温度控制在25℃以下,使淀粉磺化钾试纸呈微蓝色,保持1.5h。得1,4-氨基萘磺酸重氮盐溶液。2.偶合 桶内加水1250ml、纯碱192kg和NW酸89kg,搅拌使全部溶解。冷至15℃,2h内徐徐加入上述重氮盐溶液,加料温度不超过25℃。加毕,测定pH=8.5搅拌30min。终点为重氮盐消失,NW酸应微过量。到达终点后,再搅拌3h。升温至65-70℃,按体积23%加盐盐析。过滤。滤饼干燥,粉碎,标准化得酸性红B染料成品620kg。原料消耗(kg/t)NW酸(100%) 323碳酸钠(98%) 2681,4-氨基萘磺酸钠(100%) 340盐酸(31%)369亚硝酸钠(98%) 98精盐 597用途:主要用于羊毛织物的染色,用铬盐媒染后为藏青色。锦纶可在乙酸浴中进行染色。可用于制造色淀和墨水以及用于皮革、纸张、木材、电化铝、医药、生物及化妆品的染色。与酸性湖蓝A拼成酸性媒介深蓝AGLO。其重金属盐可作有机颜料。
