注册并创建应用，下载REST API的压缩文档，提供Http接口支持整段录音文件的识别；
原始语音的录音格式目前支持评测 8k/16k 采样率 16bit 位深的单声道语音；
压缩格式支持：pcm（不压缩）、wav、opus、speex、amr、x-flac；
语音识别服务开通成功后即可获得 50000次/日 的在线识别调用配额；

3）两个平台都提供相对详细的开发者教程，Demo也可以直接使用，相对来说科大讯飞平台支持方言和语音训练，百度暂时没发现有语音训练功能。
