We are all living in uncertain times right now,and we know this uncertainty might be increasing worries about your universityapplications. Here at Durham, we are working hard (safely and remotely!)to welcome you to the start of your journey with us for the /21 academicyear. This includes plans to deliver online teaching if the Covid-19 situationmeans that we can welcome you onsite.
In the meantime, we thought you might be interested to seesome answers to some frequently asked questions we are receiving andvery much hope these give you some reassurance.
一、我可以推迟offer到吗？
是的，你可以请求推迟在任何阶段的offer到。
如果由于Covid-19疫情的原因，你决定推迟你的学习计划到9月， 请通过你的申请机构联系我们。
一旦收到你的延期申请，我们将尽快联系你确认，核实后将发放更新的延期offer给你。
二、我可以申请退押金吗？
可以。
符合押金退款的两种情况：
1、你达不到offer上的学术及语言要求条件；
2、你的签证未通过；
特殊情况：如果是Covid-19疫情原因，你不想延期您的offer，我们也可以安排退还你的押金。如果是这种情况，请你需要提交一个在线申请表。
如果你只是延期您的offer，而不是取消它，你的押金也将延期。不需要申请退款。
三、如果我推迟PRE-SESSIONAL结果会接受吗？
是的， 如果你决定延期你的主课offer到，
我们会接受你 pre-sessional结果。但你仍然需要满足该专业最低要求完成的pre-sessional课程。
四、我何时能收到我的CAS ？
如果您已接受offer，并且已经满足了offer上的所有条件。我们将从5月开始发放CAS。
