割治法割治法subcutaneoustissueresectiontherapy在一定的穴位或部位上切开皮肤，摘除少量皮下脂肪组织，并在局部施行刺激，以治疗疾病的方法。又称割脂疗法。按部位可分手掌割治和穴位割治。所用器具有手术刀、血管钳、缝针、丝线、消毒纱布、绷带、胶布等。操作按外科手术要求消毒、麻醉，割治后缝合包扎。两次割治之间需休息7～10天。割治法适应症较广，尤其对哮喘、胃肠病、癌肿疼痛等有较好疗效。对神经官能症、胆道蛔虫症、头痛等也有一定疗效。但需注意：①割治时防止晕针，如已发生，立即停止操作，作妥善处理。②老弱妇孺刺激宜轻。③割治不宜过深，防止伤及血管、神经或韧带。④出血性疼痛、严重心脏病不宜割治。垂危病人、持续高血、局部水肿或感染者，均不宜割治。
