教材分析
本模块以“绿色环保”为话题，讨论了如何从点滴小事做起，节约能源，保护环境。这是一个符合社会需求与发展的话题，所以学生们了解它是是时代的需求，是很有必要的。围绕这一话题，教学内容有两个部分。第一部分为对话，内容从学生自办的网络杂志入手，谈到“绿色学校”。这两点会给学生产生一种新鲜感，也容易展开讨论，从而使学生了解“绿色学校”和“绿色环保”的一些内容。第二部分为阅读课文，以一个学生的口吻讨论如何从点滴小事做起，节约能源，保护环境。
教学目标
听：能听懂有关环保的日常对话，获取准确信息。
说：能比较自如地谈论环保等相关话题。
读：能读懂关于环保的文章，能利用构词法理解一些生词的意思。
写：能在写作中就环境问题用should/shouldn’t, do/don’t等句型提出建议，并能用because, so, so that句型简要说明理由。能简单介绍环保举措，劝说人们增强环保意识。运用情景，详略得当。

3. know the rules of word formation, such as wasteful, hopeless, reusable, and environmental.
