1. 复合不定代词定义
由some-，any-，no-，every-加上-one，-body，-thing，-where， -time所组成的不定代词, 用来替代人或物。
2. 常考点：
1）当形容词修饰复合不定代词时，形容词要放在复合不定代词后面。
I have something important to tell you.
There is nothing interesting in todays newspaper.
2）当复合不定代词做主语时，谓语动词用单数形式
Everything there was great.
Nobody seems to be bored.
3）some-不定代词常用于肯定句中，而any-不定代词常用于否定句，疑问句中。
He found something strange but interesting. （肯定句）
Do you have anything to say？ （一般疑问句）
I didn’t meet anybody on the island. （否定句）
特殊情况：
在表示请求、提建议等带有委婉语气的疑问句，希望得到对方肯定答复，以及表示反问的问句中，也用some-不定代词
Would you like something to eat?
Isn’t there something wrong with you?
特殊情况：
当anything表示“任何事（物）”，anyone，anybody表示“任何人”意义时，它们也可以用于肯定句中。如：
Anybody knows the answer.
3. anything与everything的区别
（1） anything (任何事情,强调个体) 整体里的任意一个
Anything will be fine for me. (肯定句)
对我来说, 任何事都可以的.
（2） everything (所有的事情，强调所有) 整体里的所有个体
Everything is on the right track. (肯定句)
一切事情都上轨道.
4. none和nothing，no one辨析
none强调数量
（1）可与of连用；
（2）谓语动词用单或复数；
（3）具体指什么人或物；
(4）一般用来回答how many +n., how much +n.及含any + n.引起的疑问句。 如：
a. None of us have/has seen him.
b. — How many students are there in the room? — None.
c. — Is there any water in the thermos? — None.
d. — How much money do you have on you? — None.
nothing指物
（1）谓语用单数；
（2）一般用来回答含anything的一般问句及what引起的特殊问句。如：
a. — What is in the box? — Nothing.
b. — Is there anything in the sky?— Nothing.
c. — Can you see anything without glasses? — Nothing.
no one 指人
no one= nobody 只指人,“没有人”，作主语时，谓语动词只能用单数。如:
No one / Nobody likes a person with bad manners.
没有人喜欢不讲礼貌的人。
