既然肚子饿了还是要吃的,毕竟肚子饿还是比较难受,特别是晚上,都无法入睡!而休息不好,又会严重影响第二天训练。下推荐几个练完饿了可以吃的:

1、鸡蛋白

一个鸡蛋只有75卡路里和7克的蛋白质,以及其他重要的营养物质。可以选择只吃蛋白,这样胆固醇就为0。带壳水煮蛋的蛋白质消化率高达99.7%,几乎能全部被人体吸收利用。同时,鸡蛋不仅能为机体提供蛋白质,还可以延缓胃的排空速度,延长饱腹感。

2、虾肉

虾肉几乎不含脂肪,是非常优质的蛋白质来源,且富含多种矿物质,适宜作为减肥期间的肉类食物。同时,虾中含有丰富的镁,镁对心脏活动具有重要的调节作用,能很好的保护心血管系统,它可减少血液中胆固醇含量,防止动脉硬化,同时还能扩张冠状动脉,有利于预防高血压及心肌梗死。

3、燕麦

4、黄瓜

黄瓜每100克热量为15卡路里,是一种热量低、含水量极高的蔬菜。黄瓜中所含的丙醇二酸 ,可抑制糖类物质转变为脂肪。黄瓜中含有丰富的维生素E,可起到延年益寿,抗衰老的作用。黄瓜中的黄瓜酶,有很强的生物活性。
