1、证件和银行卡
①身份证、护照（外籍人士）
现今飞机、火车以及酒店实行身份证实名制登记，所以身份证是您无论到哪里旅行都要必备的物品之一。
②学生证、老年证等优惠证件
是享受景区门票优惠的必备有效证件。
③现金、银行卡
出行免不了消费，所以一定要带上银行卡。建议现金不少于500元不超过1000元、银行卡、信用卡（所谓穷家富路）。
2、休闲放松物品
①照相机
如果是数码相机的话，要考虑照片储存的问题，带一个或几个大一点的存储卡或者是数码相机伴侣。
②手机、充电器
一般酒店房间的电话只能打内线，拨长途必须在酒店前台交押金，有手机很方便。注意，临行前最好保证话费余额在200元以上。
③消磨时间

②鞋子

③拖鞋
可以从家里带，也可以在当地买，很多地方都有的卖，价格10元/双左右，样式很多，而且有些酒店提供拖鞋。
3、背包
随身的包包不要太小，很多东西都要放在里面的，旅行箱或双肩背包（加上一个轻便小包）。
根据你出门的远近可以分为：装衣物的大箱子，带锁的旅行箱和旅游时的轻便背包。如果是打算几个月在路上，那就准备双肩包吧，最好是有背负系统的专业包。
除了装所有行李的背包或旅行箱外，准备一个小的包包，放证件、手机等小物品。一旦你到达一个地方，肯定要先放下行李了出去玩，那小包包就很有必要了。
4、雨伞、小手电
如果遇上天气不好，带上一把伞就有用了，同时可以防紫外线，还可以带上一副太阳镜。小手电筒是登山必备的物品，尤其是夜晚，我们可以利用手电安营扎寨。
出门旅游第一样必不可少的就是小药箱。包括创口贴、绷带、消毒棉球、中暑药品、眼药水、抗过敏药、止泻药、晕车药、感冒药、止痛药等等，这个还得根据你的特质来选择部分药品。

游泳完皮肤会很疼，晒后修复霜正好派上用场。
3、护发素
头发晒后就受损伤了，这时护发素可以修复头发。
